Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains what data Sudoku 360 handles: the sudoku app for Android, available on Google Play and Huawei AppGallery, and the website www.playsudoku360.com. In this text, "Sudoku 360" refers to both.

In short

  • You don't need to sign up or create an account. We don't have a user database.
  • Your games and preferences are stored only on your device or in your browser.
  • We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only to understand how Sudoku 360 is used and to improve it.
  • We don't sell your data.
  • Sudoku 360 is intended for people aged 18 and over.

Data we don't collect

Sudoku 360 does not ask for, or store on its own servers:

  • Your name, email address, phone number or other contact details.
  • Data about your gender, age or other personal characteristics.
  • Your precise location, contacts, photos or files, or payment details.

Data stored on your device

For the game to work, Sudoku 360 stores the information it needs on your device (in the app) or in your browser's storage (on the website), such as your game preferences (for example, board rotation, notes or highlighting) and, where applicable, your game progress.

This information is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time:

  • In the app: clear Sudoku 360's data from the Android settings or uninstall the app.
  • On the website: clear this site's browsing data in your browser settings.

Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

We use two analytics services, in the app and on the website, to learn how Sudoku 360 is used: which features are used most, where errors appear and what we can improve.

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures how Sudoku 360 is used, in aggregate: screens and pages visited, session length and interactions with the game.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) shows us how people interact with the interface (taps, clicks and scrolling) through heatmaps and session recordings, so we can find confusing or broken parts.

These services may automatically collect:

  • Usage data: screens or pages viewed, interactions and session length.
  • Technical data: device model, operating system, browser, language, screen size and app version.
  • Approximate location: country or city, inferred from the IP address.
  • Online identifiers: cookies on the website or an installation identifier in the app. They don't reveal your name or email address.

We don't use these services to obtain data about your gender, age or other personal characteristics, and we don't combine them with information that identifies you.

Google and Microsoft process this data as service providers, under their own policies:

How we use the data

We use analytics information only to:

  • Understand how people play Sudoku 360 and which features are most useful.
  • Detect errors and performance problems.
  • Get to know our audience in general terms (for example, which countries and devices people play from) and decide what to improve.

We don't use this data for advertising.

Who we share data with

We don't sell, rent or trade your data. Analytics data is received only by Google and Microsoft, as providers of the services described above. We would only disclose information if a law or a competent authority required us to.

Cookies and similar technologies

On the website, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies and local storage to tell visits and sessions apart. Sudoku 360 also uses browser storage to remember your game preferences.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the game will keep working. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Security

  • We don't store personal data on our own servers: there are no accounts and no user database.
  • The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
  • Analytics data is encrypted in transit, and Google and Microsoft apply their own security measures.

Data retention and deletion

  • Data stored on your device or in your browser stays there until you delete it, as explained above.
  • Google and Microsoft keep analytics data for the period set in each service and then delete it.

Analytics data doesn't include your name or email address, so in general we can't link it to you. If you still want to ask a question or request that we delete information, write to us at contacto@playsudoku360.com.

Minimum age

Sudoku 360 is intended for people aged 18 and over. It is not directed at minors under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on the laws of your country, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its processing. Since we don't keep data that identifies you, the most direct way to control it is to delete the app or browser data and block analytics cookies. For any request, write to us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
